The Igneus Pro 750 is built for outdoor cooking that doesn't slow down. With a 75x75cm cooking area that handles three 12" or four 10" pizzas at once, it gives you the capacity to keep food moving through a busy evening without the oven becoming the limiting factor.

 

What makes it perform consistently at volume is the 2026 upgraded construction — a fully welded 2mm stainless steel cooking chamber with Skamotec boards and refractory firebricks that hold heat through back-to-back cooking without dropping. The tenth pizza comes out as well as the first, and you're spending less fuel maintaining temperature than a less well-insulated oven would need. It reaches cooking temperature in around 30 minutes and is capable of hitting 500°C — hot enough for a properly blistered, restaurant-quality result every time.

 

Wood or charcoal fuel gives you real fire flavour alongside the performance, and the oven handles meat, fish and vegetables just as confidently as it handles pizza — making it genuinely useful for regular outdoor cooking rather than just occasional pizza nights.

 

Despite its capability, the Pro 750 stays practical. At 90kg it can be moved by two people, and with the optional trolley stand, one person can reposition it — making it as suitable for mobile catering, events and trailer setups as it is for a permanent outdoor space.
