Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

Do you offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' as a finance option?
Yes, we do! To give you more flexibility, we offer Klarna as a finance option.
Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Absolutely. The majority of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. You'll find all the specific details for the warranty listed on each individual product page.
What do I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
Oh dear, that's certainly not what we want to happen! If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away. We'll jump on it and work out the best solution for you, which might involve replacing the item or parts, or arranging a full refund if necessary.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders super quickly to get your exciting new kit to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as you can. Just a heads-up, we can't always guarantee changes or cancellations if an order has already been processed or shipped out.
I’m not satisfied with my order, what do I do?
We really want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, if you're not completely happy, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the conditions in our returns policy. Just reach out to us for assistance with starting a return.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all items, provided they are unused and still in their original packaging. Please contact us first to get a return authorisation number and the correct shipping instructions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. This email will also include a link to our courier's tracking page, so you can easily follow your parcel's journey.

You'll find all the measurements, dimensions, and weight information you need neatly listed within the product description for each item.
How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?
We usually get orders dispatched within 48 hours of processing. However, dispatch times can vary a little depending on the individual supplier.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we only deliver within the UK.
This allows us to keep delivery reliable and provide the best service possible.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days once processed.
