The BonVes 45 is a smaller, more affordable entry point into the range, available in both black steel and corten steel. WÜNDER: vented design for a cleaner burn

WÜNDER takes a different approach with The Ring — a fire bowl built with a vented design that draws air through the burn, giving a cleaner, fiercer flame than a standard open bowl. Available in corten and green finishes, it's a strong option if how the fire actually burns matters as much to you as how the bowl looks sitting in your garden.

Why does WÜNDER's Ring fire bowl have a vented design?

Will a corten steel fire pit rust through and fail?

No — corten steel is designed to form a stable, protective rust-coloured layer on its surface that actually protects the metal underneath from further corrosion, rather than rusting through the way untreated steel would. That's why it needs no maintenance and is suited to permanent outdoor use.

How big a fire pit do I need for my garden?

As a rough guide, a fire pit bowl around 60 70cm in diameter suits most patios and small-to-medium gardens, while 80cm and above is better suited to larger spaces or bigger groups. Leave at least a metre of clear space on all sides for safety, and more if seating will be placed around it.
