Most professional pizza ovens either cost a fortune to install or compromise on performance. The Ceramiko Pro 1000 does neither. Hand-cast in the UK, assembled without cranes or specialist builders, and built to cook four pizzas at once in 60 to 90 seconds — with 24 hours of retained heat that keeps working long after the last order goes out. DEFRA approved for indoor and outdoor use, frost-resistant, and built to last
The Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1000 is built for anyone who needs a wood-fired oven that can genuinely keep up. Four pizzas at once, cooked in 60 to 90 seconds once up to temperature, with a heat-retaining design that stays hot for 24 hours or more after a single firing — so one session covers an entire evening of cooking, with enough residual heat for bread or slow roasting the following morning.
It reaches pizza cooking temperature in around 90 minutes on kiln-dried hardwood — silver birch works particularly well as it gets up to heat quickly. The specialist refractory construction handles intensive cooking schedules without losing performance, is frost-resistant for year-round use, and DEFRA approved for both indoor and outdoor installation.
What makes the Pro 1000 genuinely practical is how it goes together. Modular interlocking sections assemble on site without cranes or specialist lifting equipment — saving a significant amount compared to commissioning a traditional masonry oven of the same capacity. The natural light red exterior can be painted, tiled or rendered to suit the space, and the oven can be mounted on an optional steel stand or built into a custom outdoor kitchen worktop.
Every Pro 1000 is hand-cast in the UK from specialist refractory materials, giving each oven its own subtle character. Please note that un-rendered ovens require sealing every three months to maintain weather resistance.
Serious wood-fired cooking, serious capacity — and a far more straightforward route to getting there than a traditional masonry oven.
