Some ovens are built for a quick pizza night. The Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1000 is built for something more permanent — hand-cast in the UK, it holds heat for 24 hours and cooks four 12" pizzas in 60 to 90 seconds.

Heat that pays for itself.

The Ceramiko Pro 1000 reaches 450°C in 90 minutes and holds that heat for 24 hours with the insulation kit included as standard. In practical terms: light it on a Saturday morning, cook pizzas through the afternoon, use the retained warmth for slow roasts on Saturday evening, then bake bread on Sunday morning — all from one firing. A single 20kg bag of kiln-dried silver birch costs around £15 and can fuel an entire weekend of cooking at that level of heat retention — far less fuel per hour than any steel oven at this capacity would need.

Built to last decades, not seasons.

Hand-cast in the UK from a specially blended refractory mixture, the Ceramiko Pro 1000 is weatherproof, frostproof and DEFRA approved for both indoor and outdoor use. The exterior can be painted, tiled or rendered to match any outdoor kitchen aesthetic.

Suited to commercial and domestic use.

Rated for 15+ cooking hours per week, with hot and cold smoking capability alongside pizza, roasting, baking and grilling. Step down to the Igneus Pro 750 for a lighter portable steel option, or up to the Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1200 for the largest cooking area in the Ceramiko range.
