The Igneus Pro 600 is built around one idea — making wood-fired cooking feel consistent and effortless rather than demanding. It reaches cooking temperature in around 15 to 20 minutes on kiln-dried hardwood, and once it's there, the double insulation holds that heat so efficiently that you're spending far less time managing the fire and far more time actually cooking.

 

That insulation does something else worth mentioning too — it uses less wood to maintain temperature compared to a less well-insulated oven. Over a longer session or regular weekly use, that's a meaningful saving in fuel costs that adds up over time.
