The largest cooking area in the Igneus range — and the only model that demands a permanent home. The Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1200 cooks five 12" pizzas simultaneously and holds heat for 24 hours from a single firing.

Five pizzas at once. One firing for an entire weekend.

A 1000×1200mm cooking area gives you more simultaneous capacity than any other oven in the Igneus range — five 12" pizzas or four large roasting trays at once. The 65mm refractory stone floor and insulation kit included as standard hold heat for 24 hours after a single firing. A single 20kg bag of kiln-dried silver birch costs around £15 and can fuel an entire weekend of cooking — pizza, slow roasts and bread all from one fire.

Built to be built in — not moved around.

Unlike the Pro 1000 which works on a stand, the Pro 1200 must be built onto a pre-existing structure — a garden counter, an outdoor kitchen base, or a built-in installation. The exterior can be rendered, tiled or faced in brick to match any kitchen aesthetic.

The most capable oven in the Igneus range.

DEFRA approved for indoor and outdoor use, weatherproof and frostproof year-round, with hot and cold smoking capability alongside pizza, roasting and baking. Step down to the Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1000 if you need a freestanding option, or to the Igneus Pro 750 for a lighter steel oven suited to portable commercial use.
