Designed alongside 2 Michelin Star Chef Sat Bains and built from mild steel in Derbyshire, it locates securely onto the Naka's integrated pins so it stays exactly where it should throughout the cook — giving you consistent, even results on yakitori skewers, kebabs and souvlaki without the skewers rolling or dropping. Compatible with the Naka, Naka Wide and Kita. Pair with Blok BBQ Skewers for the complete setup.
