Blok BBQ Skewers are handcrafted from high-carbon steel in Derbyshire — square-profile bar skewers that prevent spinning during cooking, so meat and vegetables stay exactly where you positioned them rather than rolling to the wrong side. At 35cm long they give you enough handle to work safely over the coals, and the square profile means ingredients cook evenly on every side rather than rotating back to the same position. Season occasionally with oil to maintain the steel, and they'll last as long as the grill itself. Compatible with the Blok Skewer Rack.
