The Clementi Remida Plus is a gas pizza oven that delivers wood-fired results without the wood. The recessed burner is positioned to replicate the heat intensity and airflow of traditional wood firing — which means authentic pizza oven performance on LPG or mains natural gas, without the effort of managing a fire.
It reaches 500°C in 30 minutes and cooks two 12" pizzas simultaneously in 90 seconds on the 70 x 50cm refractory stone base. That stone, paired with advanced Scamotek insulation, holds temperature consistently throughout the session — so the results stay reliable from the first pizza to the last.
The pilot flame makes ignition straightforward and reliable, the intuitive controls make it accessible for beginners without limiting experienced cooks, and the tall cooking chamber gives enough headroom for larger cuts of meat as well as pizza. The removable door creates a more insulated cooking environment for roasting and slow cooking when the occasion calls for something beyond pizza night.
