The Clementi Original 100x80 is built for outdoor cooking on a bigger scale — and it shows. With a 100x80cm cooking area that handles five pizzas or five full-size roasting trays at once, it gives you the room to feed a larger group without constantly working in batches or watching the oven struggle to keep up.

 

What makes it genuinely versatile is the choice of fuel. Gas gets it to 400°C in 20 to 30 minutes for quick, low-maintenance cooking on the days when convenience matters. When you want authentic wood-fired flavour, the included wood conversion kit lets you switch to hardwood logs or charcoal — so you're never locked into one way of cooking and never paying extra for that flexibility.

 

The Air Plus System maintains an even flow of air through the cooking chamber, keeping heat consistent from edge to edge throughout the whole session. Heavy-duty insulation holds that temperature efficiently over longer cooks, while the 30mm cordierite stone delivers the floor heat that makes the real difference between a good pizza base and a properly cooked one. The oven is capable of reaching up to 450°C — hot enough for a properly blistered, restaurant-quality result in the time it takes to pour a drink.
