The BonFeu BonBiza is built around one idea — outdoor cooking that feels open, social and full of atmosphere. At its centre is an 80cm steel plancha plate that gives you plenty of room to cook different foods at the same time, over a real fire, without the constraints of a standard barbecue.
Heat spreads naturally from the centre of the plancha outward, creating hotter and cooler cooking zones across the surface. That means you can sear meat over stronger heat in the middle while cooking vegetables or other ingredients more gently around the outside — all at the same time, without moving things around or adjusting the fire.
A BBQ grill grid is included as standard, giving you another practical way to cook over the flame when you want it. The closed base design gives this version a cleaner, more solid overall look — keeping the focus on the fire and the cooking surface rather than the structure underneath. If you'd prefer open space beneath for storing logs, the BonBiza Open is worth considering instead.
Available in Corten steel or black steel, the BonBiza suits a range of outdoor styles. The Corten version develops a natural weathered patina over time, while the black steel offers a darker, cleaner finish. Both are compatible with BonFeu's range of optional accessories for even more cooking flexibility.
