The BonFeu BonBiza Open brings together live-fire cooking, generous prep space and practical log storage in one well-thought-through outdoor cooking setup. At the top, an 80cm steel plancha plate gives you plenty of room to cook different foods at the same time — without the restrictions of a standard barbecue grill.
Heat spreads naturally from the centre of the plancha outward, creating hotter and cooler cooking zones across the surface. Sear meat over stronger heat in the middle, cook vegetables more gently around the outside — all at the same time, over a real fire. A BBQ grill grid is included as standard for those occasions when you want to cook directly over the flame instead.
What sets the BonBiza Open apart from the standard BonBiza is the open base beneath the cooking surface. It keeps logs stored close at hand, makes refuelling the fire straightforward, and gives the whole piece a more open, relaxed character. Practical and good looking in equal measure.
Available in Corten steel or black steel, the Corten version develops a natural weathered patina over time while the black steel offers a darker, heat-resistant finish. Both are compatible with BonFeu's range of optional accessories for even more cooking flexibility when you want it.
