Once it's running, the GMG Smart Control system takes over. The Sense-Mate thermal sensor maintains your set temperature automatically in 5° increments between 65°C and 285°C, the GMG App lets you monitor and adjust everything from your phone, and the included meat probe tracks internal temperature so you always know when everything is ready. The Venturi-style firebox circulates pure hardwood pellet smoke throughout the cook for authentic, deep BBQ flavour that a gas grill simply can't replicate.
