The BonFeu Rotisserie Set is designed for customers who want to cook larger cuts of meat more evenly over fire. Suitable for use with the BonBiza and BonFeu planchas from Ø60 to Ø100 cm, it adds a completely different style of outdoor cooking to your setup, making it ideal for roasting chicken, lamb or other larger joints over live heat.
The set includes two stainless steel support stands, which sit directly on the plancha, along with a connecting tube for added stability. Also included are two rotisserie skewers — one with four clamps and one with two clamps — plus an S-hook that can be used to hang a pot or pan over the fire for sauces, slow cooking or other extras.
You can rotate the spit manually, or pair it with the optional BonFeu Rotisserie motor for more consistent, hands-free turning. Please note that the motor is not included and is sold separately.
If you want to move beyond grilling and start roasting properly over fire, the BonFeu Rotisserie Set is a really strong addition. It gives you a more controlled way to cook larger pieces of meat while still keeping all the character of live-fire cooking.
