The BonFeu BonBridge is designed for customers who want to cook over fire in a more open, flexible and traditional way. Instead of placing everything directly on a grill or plancha, it lets you suspend cookware above the flames, making it ideal for pots, pans, kettles and hanging grill setups.
What makes the BonBridge especially useful is the way it gives you more control over heat. With four hanging hooks at different heights, you can position cookware closer to or further from the fire depending on what you are cooking. That makes it much easier to simmer, boil or cook more steadily over live flame rather than relying on one fixed cooking height.
