The Naka Wide's wider vermiculite-lined cooking chamber gives you room for bigger cuts alongside skewers and vegetables — a full mixed grill for a larger group, all at the same high heat at the same time. The high-carbon mild steel grill top seasons with every cook, so results keep improving the more you use it — a better grill at six months than it was on day one. That seasoning effect means food releases more easily over time, making every session cleaner and more controlled than the last.
