Gas gets it to 400°C in 20 to 30 minutes for the nights when speed matters. The included wood conversion kit switches things to authentic hardwood or charcoal cooking when you want real fire flavour — with no extra cost and no second oven needed.

The Air Plus System maintains a steady flow of air through the cooking chamber for consistent heat from edge to edge, while 8cm of wool-rock insulation and a 2.5cm Skamotec fibre board beneath the floor bricks hold that temperature efficiently through longer sessions.
